Happy September!  This week we will be kicking off the new year thematically with Ephesians 4:11-16.  The theme for this year is: Growing Upwards in Christ.  It is based upon our core value of Discipleship.

• Grow upwards together in Christ by recognizing your role in building up the body of Christ! (v. 12)
• Grow upwards together in Christ by being willing to hear and speak the truth in love. (v. 15)
• Grow upwards together in Christ by being willing to obey the head. (v. 15)

• What are some ways we can be about specifically helping to build up the body of Christ here at Grace Fellowship Church?
• Do you currently allow anyone outside your family to speak into your life and ask you hard questions?  What might that look like?
• How does the Lordship and headship of Jesus Christ manifest itself in your life?  How does it affect your family, work/school, leisure, finances, etc.?
