Questions for Discussion

  1. Is the focus of your life bringing glory to God?  What does this look like practically?
  2. How does self-control and being alert affect your prayers for the good?  How has this worked out in your life?
  3. What does it look like to love other believers earnestly?  Does your love for other believers “cover a multitude of sins”?  What do you think this means?
  4. In your service of word and deed, do you do it as if God was speaking and through God’s strength?  What does this look like in real life?
  5. What is one thing that God wants you to do, remember or change as a result of what you have heard this morning?
